“Dear Rachel

I felt it important to write and thank you for the work you have done on me over the last few weeks.

In my line of work, being mobile and comfortable is very important, and I had huge concerns earlier this year that my Achilles tendon was going to cause me significant problems. I went to the doctors, who referred me to the NHS physio in Belper.

I had 4 treatments with them, and although it helped, it was only temporary, and usually within 2 days of treatment the pain had returned.

So, I consulted you, having heard what a good job you had done on a couple of acquaintances.

However, the results were remarkable, including teaching me how to walk properly, and I am now pain free, and even after a full, hard day’s work I am walking well without pain.

So, thanks very much for the treatment and your recommendation of a 6 month MOT is one I will definitely be taking up.

Yours sincerely”

“Playing sport for many years has certainly taken its toll on my knees, and taking part in Race for Life left them feeling particularly stiff!

I visited Rachel at Kilburn Osteopaths last week, as one knee was quite painful to walk on, and can honestly say that the relief was immediate.

Rachel used a mixture of acupuncture and massage, and also gave advice on diet and exercises in order to ease any potential future problems.

I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone suffering from any aches and pains!”

Dear Rachel,

I feel that I must write to you regarding the treatment of my back (that subsequently caused agonising pain to my upper leg). This was diagnosed by yourself as a trapped sciatic nerve.

As you know, I have suffered with this for about 18 months, having been in considerable discomfort. Sometimes, the pain was so bad, I could hardly drag myself to work. I actually thought at one point I may lose my job, and this caused my enormous anxiety.

I had visited the Doctors on several occasions and was told to take paracetamol, and there wasn’t much else they could do to help me. I was beginning to lose hope, and was more than a little sceptical when my wife suggested I saw an Osteopath.

I should like you to know that after just three sessions of treatment by you, not only am I fully mobile, but almost painfree. I would not have thought this possible a month ago.

It really feels as if you have performed a miracle. It only remains to say thankyou so much Rachel, for your help. You have given me back my quality of life. I shall not hesitate to recommend you to anyone with a similar problem.
